Criterion is dedicated to this series as we have seen in the past. They may have had their ups and downs but none of the series games were bad or blemished by EA. I just want to see Criterion get to work on the next BLACK now that they have nearly wrapped up Burnout.
That man is a completely different beast behind closed doors. I am convinced that many of those you hear ranting on Xbox Live don't act like that in their day to day lives outside of internet useage. Many use the curtain of Live as a way to expose their inner selves while taking a more conservative aproach to daily living. I have always asked the question about others in private versus others in public, can you be the man or woman that you are in private while in the public eye and exposed or...
Personally I would love to see Sega come back. I know they had their ups and downs but in the end, I had many great days playing the DC. I will never forget the days I took to beat Skies of Arcadia and the many frags I had with QIII: Arena. Those were great times. You can count me in if they ever decide to make another console but I have to be realistic, it will never happen. A guy can dream though right?
Slated for the 10th. I should have my copy by then or the 11th. See you all online for some frag heaven!
But it is a Bioware game and typically speaking, they do not sell more than a million or so durring the entire life of the game. Great games but they apeal to a smaller market than games like Gears of COD.
NOT!
Not only are they using an old game engine that looks more like a PS2 game but the plot and machanics suck. The game gets what it deserves...
Even if one person runs out to buy the game and has to buy the PS3 with it to play it then yeah, it was a system seller. I know many that are waitng to buy the PS3 and have said that they will do so when MGS4 comes out. I know it's a small amount of people but let's not play dumb here. MGS4 will sell systems, it's not as hard to imagine as people would like to think.
It will be a bargain bin purchase for me. No thanks to Treyarch... COD3 just plain sucked balls
Gamespot is one of the last sites I would have used for review reading. They have never been spot on and have always posted reviews all over the board. As far as I am concerned, if Gamespot goes under, good! They aren't worth the bandwidth IMHO.
Is working on or currently shifting resources to J&D for the PS3. they confirmed this in one of the videos on the Uncharted game disk if I remember correctly.
Looking through the link I found nothing from MS stating officially that they had DivX or Xvid support. It just says "enhanced media" and nothing more. Is this speculation or is it in fact true? Can somebody confirm this?
They have been nothing more than a site paid for by advertisement dollars for as long as I can remember. It's better to trust sites that do not rely on advertisement dollars, especially when the dollars are clearly from the game publishers that are getting their games reviewed.
It’s just another way that Sony shows that they mean business when it comes to the consumers having more privileges in the community. When they say that the PS3 will stand for User Generated Content, they mean it. It’s the beauty of the PSN and their open network and it’s the beauty of the PS3 and it’s open interface options. Let the community be creative and not restrict them to more advertisements and bullcrap themes like MS does. I mean come on guys; even Old Spice had a theme for free on ...
Just awesome.
*tosses a bubble up*
You deserve it for that post. Kudos on the good laugh.
Are for advertisements. Any others that are free are crap and you know it. The PS3 theme software and ability to get hundreds if not thousands of FREE themes is by far the bet of any console.
Spot on. Developing for one single platform helps the developer use all of their resources and helps produce a superior game. Another way to look at it how devs are now viewing cross platform ports. Many are seeing that developing games on the PS3 and porting to the 360 gains better results. Both games then look superior and have fewer issues than porting the other way around. As time passes, I think we will see a shift in what platform all developers focus on initially and then port from the...
Pitches a fit about developing for any game engine or platform for that matter is a cry baby and should rethink their position in the industry. If it's too hard then they are not in it for the art of it and more for the money and in some cases, that's not even all that great. Devs like Infinity Ward, Epic and Naughty Dog poor their hearts into a project regardless and they succeed where so many others fail.
For any console is the option to trade up HDD's to whatever the consumer wants. Can you imagine that when 120gb isn't enough, the PS3 will have the ability to expand to whatever the market offers? Can't wait for that 500gb 2.5 SATA drive to come out. If or should I say when it does, I will have one... Oh yes, I will have one. lol
There is no contest at the moment, it is by far the prettiest game I have played on any console and plays very well. 10 hours of fun and I still want to go back for another run though.
Going to be friggin' awesome. It's about time we console gamers get something that will redifign FPS's on the console once more. Halo may have been good for what it was but UT3 will finally allow us to use UGC on the consoles and that my friends is completely awesome.
